Step inside Kelowna's softly glowing Himalayan salt cave for an intimate ceremonial sound journey where nothing is being asked of you.
You'll be invited to lie back, get comfortable & allow yourself to simply receive.

Unlike a pre-planned sound bath, each journey unfolds differently.
Karlee listens, feels into the space & allows the sound, music, voice & silence to respond to what's happening in the moment.
No two groups are the same, and no two journeys are either.
You may notice emotions arising, your body softening, your mind becoming quieter or something new coming into your awareness.
Or you may simply enjoy an hour of deep rest.
There's no right way to experience this journey & nothing you need to make happen.

Arrival:
Please arrive between 6:15–6:25 PM to sign in, complete the waiver & get comfortable. We begin promptly at 6:30 PM. Please do not arrive before 6:15 PM.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on & an optional pillow for extra comfort. The cave floor is covered in salt crystals, so having something to lay on will help you relax comfortably throughout the journey. Meditation cushions are also available.

Meet your Facilitator:
Karlee Rose (LUMINA) is a ceremonial sound artist, embodiment guide, intuitive channel & facilitator based in British Columbia.
With over a decade of experience guiding sound journeys, private sessions, retreats & transformational experiences, she brings together sound, voice, music, intuition & embodied awareness.
Her journeys are not scripted. Each experience responds to the people, intention & energy of the gathering, creating space for rest, self-connection & whatever may naturally unfold.
