The Sake Loft brings together exceptional sake, thoughtful food, and good company for an afternoon of discovery in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn.

Taking place at The Dumbo Loft on November 14, The Sake Loft invites guests to explore 30+ sake profiles from a curated collection of breweries and producers. From familiar favorites to bottles you may be tasting for the first time, the experience is designed to make discovering sake approachable, social, and memorable.

The Full VIP Experience · 1:30–3:30 PM

An intimate, elevated introduction to sake through food and thoughtful pairing. Begin with a VIP welcome drink in collaboration with TP Tea, followed by a curated 8-course menu by Chef Makoto Suzuki, with each course paired with a different premium sake — 8 dishes, 8 premium sake pairings.

Your VIP experience also includes early access to the General Sake Tasting, where you can explore the room and enjoy 8 additional sake pours before the main tasting begins.

The Sake General Tasting · 4:00–7:30 PM
Our main tasting experience brings together sake partners and guests for an open-format afternoon of exploration. Your admission includes 12 sake pours, giving you the freedom to taste across different breweries, styles, and flavor profiles while meeting the people behind the bottles.

The Sake Loft will feature a diverse lineup including Dassai Blue, Hakkaisan, Brooklyn Kura, Kikusui, Kato Sake Works, Nami Sake, TYKU, Maruishi, Yatsushika, and selections represented by Pacific International Liquor, with more discoveries throughout the event.
