Join Parity and our incredible partners as we celebrate the grand opening of The Sacred Place at Matriarch Park on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
Together with Parks & People, EnviroCollab, and Nature Sacred, we have transformed a once-vacant lot into a vibrant community green space where Harlem Park residents, families, and neighbors can gather, reflect, and connect.
The celebration will feature a ceremonial ribbon cutting, tree planting, and the unveiling of The Sacred Place—a contemplative garden designed by Nature Sacred as a space for healing, reflection, and community. This milestone represents the power of partnership and a shared commitment to creating healthier, greener, and more connected neighborhoods for Baltimore residents.
