Live with Josephine SheppardThis experiential presentation explores how pausing during moments of stress or emotional activation can help us observe our thoughts, emotions, bodily responses, and impulses without immediately acting upon them. Through teaching, reflection, and a gentle embodied practice, we will explore how self-observation can create greater calm, clarity, discernment, and conscious choice. Josephine will draw on theosophical ideas and focus on self-knowledge, the development of consciousness, the relationship between the personality and higher Self, and the practical application of spiritual awareness in everyday life.
Josephine is a long-time member of the Theosophical Society in Detroit. She is a trauma informed coach, transpersonal development author, natural health consultant, and Reiki-Master Teacher whose work explores the relationship between body, mind, consciousness and spiritual development. Drawing from decades of study and experience in holistic health, personal development, spirituality and embodied practices, she helps people bring greater awareness to their inner experiences and translate insight into meaningful change in everyday life.
