About this Event
The Sacred Alchemy of Breath, Sound and Reiki offers transformative breathwork and sound-healing sessions, accompanied by Reiki, in the heart of Mount Shasta.
Guided by Lorie Solay, a certified Integration Breathwork facilitator & soul leadership coach, with sound healer and Reiki Master Barbara Redman.
Each gathering is designed to help release stress, balance your energy centers, and reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom.
This unique experience blends conscious breath, sensory activation, aromatherapy, and the vibrational medicine of Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls.
The sessions are incredibly supportive for deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual alignment and activation.
Come breathe, rest, reset, and receive!
