About this Event
Join Angela for a hands-on workshop exploring the ancient art of mala making.
For centuries, malas have been used across Hindu and Buddhist traditions as tools for meditation and mantra practice — a string of 108 beads, each one a quiet marker of breath, intention, or prayer.
In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn the history and significance behind the mala, choose from a curated selection of gemstone and wood beads, and hand-knot your own from start to finish. Along the way, we'll pause to reflect on the intention you want to carry with your mala — whether that's calm, clarity, strength, or something entirely your own.
You'll also learn how to use your mala as a sacred tool for meditation — from counting mantras to grounding your breath — so you leave not just with a beautiful object, but with a practice you can return to.
No experience necessary. You'll leave with a finished mala, a new skill, and a few quiet moments of mindfulness woven into your day.
All materials included. Limited spots available.
