You are cordially invited to our final event for Fall 2026! The Creighton University School of Law ACS Student Chapter will be hosting Nebraska at 160, Looking Back and Moving Forward: The Rule of Law in the State Courts on November 12, 2026, with the ACS Nebraska Lawyer Chapter as a co-sponsor. The Rule of Law in the State Courts will feature a panel of state court judges discussing the importance of the rule of law and the role of the state courts in upholding the rule of law. Panel speakers include Judge Stephanie R. Hansen, Judge Shelly R. Stratman, Judge Lawrence E. Welch, Jr., and Judge PaTricia Freeman. We're looking forward to bringing the legal community together as we discuss why the state courts are invaluable in maintaining the rule of law in Nebraska.
