About this Event
The Rooted Practice Collective is the first of a monthly series that will offer a place and community to learn and cultivate practices that can become the bedrock of a mindful way of living.
Whether you are new to these practices or a long-time practitioner, this space will offer opportunities for self-discovery and the evolution of your practice.
In this 2.5 hour offering, you'll experience guided yoga flows, meditation, and a short mindfulness talk on how practice becomes medicine for living. Monthly, we come together in community to practice and explore how to work skillfully with our shared human experience to help ground and heal. What you cultivate here becomes your evolving personal foundation: a collection of practices uniquely yours to carry into your daily life to transform, embody, and connect with Self.
