About this Event
The election is over. What's next for Auckland property?
The Great Ronovationz Property Bus Tour
Auckland's most hands-on property investing experience.
The election is finally behind us. The campaigning, the promises, the political noise.
But if you're thinking about buying an investment property, the big question remains.
Is now a good time to buy, and where are the opportunities?
There's certainly no shortage of opinions. Some reckon property prices are heading up, others think there's further to fall.
Rather than relying on headlines and predictions, why not come and see what's actually happening in the Auckland property market?
Join us for a day out visiting real properties, looking at renovation opportunities, talking through the numbers and learning how experienced investors assess potential deals.
Whether you're looking to buy your first investment property or add to an existing portfolio, you'll get a better understanding of what to look for, what to avoid and how to approach your next purchase.
Date: Saturday 5 December 2026
Time: 9:30am – 3:30pm
Location: iConsult Office, 123E Dominion Road, Mt Eden
Tickets: Just $10 (includes market briefing, bus tour and working lunch)
Why spend a Saturday with us?
Because there's a big difference between reading about property investing and actually getting out there and seeing how it's done.
We'll take you through real properties, explain what we're looking for, discuss the numbers and show you how we identify opportunities to add value.
And just as importantly, we'll talk about the properties we'd walk away from, and why.
No PowerPoint presentations all day. No sitting around listening to theories. Just practical property education in the real world.
What you'll learn
- How to identify good locations and avoid properties with hidden problems
- What experienced investors look for when inspecting a property

What happens on the day?
We kick off with a Property Market Briefing at the iConsult office before heading out on the bus.
Throughout the day, we'll visit a selection of:
- Live property listings — see what is currently available and how we assess potential purchases
- Renovation projects — see how investors are adding value to existing properties
- Real investment opportunities — discuss the numbers, potential risks and what makes a deal worth considering
You'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, speak with our coaches and learn from other property investors.
And yes, lunch is included!
⭐️ “Seeing the properties in person with an expert explaining exactly what to look for changed everything for me.” — Teresa, Auckland

We deliberately keep these tours small so everyone can ask questions, participate in discussions and get the most out of the day.
For just $10, you'll spend the day learning from experienced property investors, visiting real properties and seeing the Auckland market firsthand.
If property investing is something you're seriously considering, this is a pretty good way to spend a Saturday.
