Each Term, the Supreme Court decides cases that affect broad sectors of American life. This past year, it ruled on transgender athletes in high school sports, “birthright citizenship,” and gun rights. Retired U.S. Department of Justice attorney Ted Hirt will discuss these cases and will preview cases for this Term.
