The Retreat by Sabi Sweat is a curated 3-day wellness and cultural experience taking place 9–11 October 2026 at Lakowe Lakes, Lagos, timed intentionally with Mental Health Awareness Week.It is designed for professionals, founders, executives, and creatives who have carried a full year and need more than a weekend away. This is a structured space to slow down, restore your nervous system, and re-enter the final stretch of 2026 with genuine clarity and strength.
What to expect:Three days at one of Lagos's most beautiful settings, carefully paced to combine energy and rest. The programme includes morning movement sessions, powerful conversations with global speakers, live music, a curated food bazaar, and genuine time to breathe and connect with a community of people who understand what it means to carry ambition and exhaustion at the same time.
