The Reasonant Breath (3-part series)
Part 2: The Practice (Noontime Reset)
Hosted by Divine Brown
--
A focused mid-week reset designed for working creatives.
This 30-minute guided session centers on integration and flow. Participants will use breath techniques introduced in Part 1 — or learn them in real time — to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with clarity and focus during a busy production week.
This session may be attended independently, though it is designed to complement the full three-part series.
