About this Event
The Resonance Room is a fortnightly Friday evening reset designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect before the weekend begins. Arrival time is from 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start. The guided session finishes at 8.00pm, afterwhich you are warmly invited to stay for tea and quiet conversation inthe beauftiful garden until around 8.30pm.
Held in the beautiful Friends Meeting House on historic Colebrook Street, moments from Winchester Cathedral, these guided evenings combine simple breathwork practices, mantra meditation and deep rest in a calm natural setting.
You do not need any previous experience. Cushions and mats are provided — simply bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing.
The evening is designed to gently calm the nervous system, release stress and create space to pause after a busy week. Guided breathwork practices will help you settle into the body and quiet the mind, followed by meditation and restorative rest.
After the session, there will be time to connect with like-minded people in the peaceful surroundings of this hidden Georgian sanctuary and garden.
