Join us at the Redlynch Community Hall for a time of RESETTING, through connection, laughter, movement, breath, dance, sound. Through the physical AND the emotional, spiritual, mental.
Let's reset and nourish as we honor the light within each of us. Whether your inner flame is burning bright or just a flicker that needs some tender loving care and support, you will be welcome into this space.
This special event is a space for connection, resetting, healing, and most importantly, simply BEING. A sacred space where you will be welcome to come as you are. Where honestly and vulnerability and feeling is welcome. And where movement, transformation and connection is also invited to take place.
As women, we need time to slow down, feel into ourselves, express ourselves and be nourished and replenished for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
If we don't take this time we can easily become depleted and empty. Which serves no one. By taking regular self nourishment time this aids not only our own wellbeing but also means we have more capacity to better serve our families, our partners, our communities, our work, our passions, our causes, our world.
The focus of this morning session is giving space for healthy, wholesome expression, authenticity, feeling into self and using embodied tools that can aid us in healing and nourishing ourselves (and then thus also others).
This morning sessions includes sacred women's talking and listening circle, a guided dance and sound journey and a bonus mini laughter yoga (body based laughter) session.
It will be a time to be nourished.
*To express yourself.
*To release tension and things that no longer serve you.
*To RESET.
*To be connected and restored.
*To just be you and be where you are at.
Space for up to 16 women (plus crew) to join me in this special event.
*If you'd like to apply to attend as crew in exchange for your ticket (ideally you will have attended events with Kathy previously) contact her directly to express interest.

Dress

Please wear clothes you can comfortably dance, laugh, sit and lay on the floor in. And that you can shed or put back on as needed (as we move from circle, to dance, to relaxation).

I am open to trade goods and services. Think you have nothing to trade. I'm a single sole care mama so even help around the home or yard is really valuable. Home grown garden produce, fresh eggs, baked goods, indoor and outdoor plants, flower plants or fruit trees in pots, professional services like body or energy work, hair cuts, home cleaning or garden work, clean the venue floor before and after the event, poster drops, admin jobs, filming video content, video editing, working with me to make content for socials etc.
Reach out directly to Kathy if you have a trade you'd like to offer. I'd love to make it possible for you to attend.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable though can be credited towards one of Kathy's online courses or as credit towards a one-to-one wild woman dreaming session either in person or via video call (to be used within 12 months).
In the case that the event is canceled refunds will be issued to you via your payment method.

About Kathy Popplewell

Kathy is an experienced facilitator with over 20 years experience in the wellness industry.
She is a qualified and experienced Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Teacher, and has been facilitating her own women's circles and sharing sacred women's events for over 15 years.
Originally from the Central Coast NSW and working the majority of her early career in Sydney, Kathy relocated to Far North QLD in 2012 where she followed her heart to live on a remote and isolated off grid property on the furthest remote reaches of the Daintree Rainforest.
In 2023 Kathy relocated to Cairns with her young daughter.
Being a mama is her no 1 job and sharing circle, connection spaces and events is her passion.
