That's why we've created 'The Reset Room' at The Wellbeing Clinic. A monthly space to pause.
We'll welcome you into a calm, safe environment, gently help you leave the day behind, guide you through a unique Mind Massage experience, and afterwards invite you to stay for a tea or coffee before heading home.
