The Intention Behind Your Retreat ExperienceThis retreat has been thoughtfully designed to create the conditions for you to slow down,
soften, and reconnect with yourself.
Every element of the weekend has been chosen with intention—from the luxury
surroundings and nourishing meals to the guided experiences, meaningful conversations,
and restorative moments of stillness. Surrounded by nature and like-minded women, you'll
be invited to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to a more natural
rhythm.
There is nothing to organise, nothing to achieve, and nowhere else you need to be. Simply
arrive as you are and allow yourself to be supported, nourished, and held throughout the
weekend.
Our intention is not to fill every moment, but to create space for rest, reflection, connection,
and joy. Whether you choose to journal, soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, join a
guided session, or simply enjoy a quiet moment overlooking the valley, this retreat is an
invitation to come home to yourself.

Important Information
Check-In & Check-Out
Guests are welcome to arrive from 4:00 PM on Friday 9th April 2027. The retreat will conclude at
11:00 AM on Sunday 11th April 2027.
Participation
All activities throughout the weekend are entirely optional. We encourage you to honour your own
needs and move at a pace that feels right for you. If a particular session calls to you, join us. If your
body is asking for rest, quiet reflection, or time to enjoy the facilities, we invite you to listen to that
instead
Weather & Flexibility
As some experiences are designed to make the most of the beautiful surroundings, certain activities
may be adapted depending on weather conditions and the preferences of the group. For example,
our sunset walk may be adjusted if conditions are unsuitable, and our Reiki & Crystal Healing
session may take place outdoors should the weather allow.
While this Weekend Flow offers a guide to the experiences available, we may make small
adjustments where needed to ensure the most enjoyable and supportive experience for everyone
attending.
This retreat is ultimately about creating a memorable weekend away—one that allows your nervous
system to settle, your mind to quieten, and your natural rhythm to re-emerge. There is no pressure to
participate, perform, or keep up. This weekend is yours to experience in the way that feels most
nourishing and supportive for you.
Location
This brand new unique 2022 log cabin is a thing of beauty. Wood work at its finest. Sitting on stilts, set into the hillside of the Onny Valley, the eye-catching glossy cedar pops against the countryside greens. 2 magnificent rooted logs embrace the entrance to the staircase with curvy blonde oak rails enticing you into the cabin. Surrounded by nature, beautiful views and space this cabin really has the wow factor. Everywhere bespoke design features and attention to detail exude luxury.

This log cabin has four bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have zip link beds which can either be a king double bed or 2 single beds. The shared bathroom has a beautiful freestanding copper and nickel bath and separate shower. The living area is open plan with bifold doors opening up onto an expanse of decking with a gas BBQ outdoor table and chairs and hot tub for 8. A built in sauna within the cabin for relaxing. There is underfloor heating throughout.
Guest access
The Cabin sits within its own field. Across the field we have 9 acres of woodland with winding paths which you can walk around and enjoy. It's a great place for kids to build dens and enjoy the outdoors or taking a walk. We have a field where the river Onny runs along the bottom, with picnic benches, seating, BBQ and fire pit.
