About this Event

What’s included
  • 2-hour Therapeutic Sound & Connection Circle
A deeply held experience combining guided grounding, relational practices, sound healing, and reflection to support nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and integration — shared in the calming presence of our resident rescue cats.
  • 20 minutes of quiet rest and relaxation alongside our resident rescue cats
  • Free coffee & tea
  • A calm, welcoming environment designed for deep rest and ease

This is a deep, intensive therapeutic experience designed to be held in a small, carefully curated group, allowing space for safety, presence, and meaningful connection. Due to the depth of the work and the wellbeing of both participants and our resident rescue cats, this session will be offered once a month only.

Spaces are strictly limited and early booking is strongly recommended. This is a rare and intentionally held event, created for those seeking more than a typical sound bath — a truly immersive, restorative journey.

About The Session

This extended, immersive session is guided by Maria and offers a deeply restorative space for rest, connection, and emotional renewal, held in the calm presence of our resident rescue cats.

From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere invites you to soften — gentle paws moving quietly through the space, soothing purrs in the background, and feline companions offering a natural sense of safety and ease. The experience is designed to support deep nervous-system regulation, meaningful connection, and inner clarity.

Session Flow (approximate timings)
  • Intro, Grounding Meditation & Sharing Circle (30 minutes)
We begin with a guided grounding meditation to help the body settle and the breath slow, followed by a gentle sharing circle to foster safety, presence, and a sense of belonging.
  • Authentic Relating (20 minutes)
Guided connection practices invite deeper, honest connection with yourself and others, supporting empathy, awareness, and authentic expression.
  • Sound Healing / Heart Gong Bath (50 minutes)
A deeply immersive sound healing experience using the heart gong to encourage profound relaxation, emotional release, and rejuvenation.
  • Journaling (10 minutes)
Quiet reflective time to empty the mind, integrate insights, and invite greater clarity and intention.
  • Closing Share (10 minutes)
A soft closing circle to gently return, integrate the experience, and leave feeling grounded and complete.

(Timings are approximate and may gently shift depending on the needs and size of the group.)

Throughout the session, our resident rescue cats are free to move, rest, or curl up nearby, adding warmth, comfort, and a gentle grounding presence. This experience is designed to help you rest deeply, feel connected and supported, and leave feeling clearer, more centred, and quietly renewed.

🐾 House Rules for Sound Bath Sessions

Our sound bath sessions take place in the shared home of our resident rescue cats. These guidelines are here to ensure a calm, safe, and respectful experience for both humans and cats.

🧘 During the Session

  • Please follow the guidance shared by the yoga instructor at the beginning of the session, including any house rules relating to the cats.
  • The yoga practice is intentionally slow and gentle. If at any point a cat comes too close and you feel it could become distracting or unsafe, please pause your movement.
  • You may gently redirect a cat if you feel comfortable doing so, but this is not expected. The yoga instructor or a member of staff will be available to help if needed.
  • Please do not pick up, grab, or carry cats around the room.
  • Try to ignore the cats during the active yoga portion and allow them to go about their own business — resting, observing, or playing independently.

🌿 After the Session (Relaxation Time)

After the yoga practice, we allow time for rest and gentle interaction with the cats.

  • Always sanitise your hands before engaging with the cats.
  • Avoid disturbing cats who are sleeping or relaxing. This is their home, and we want them to feel safe and at ease.
  • Please do not pick up cats.
  • Please do not chase cats or force interaction.
  • If you’d like to interact, allow the cat to approach you first. Offer a finger for them to sniff and only gently stroke them if they show clear signs of comfort.
  • Do not force cuddles or handling — quiet presence is often more enjoyable for them.
  • You’re welcome to use the toys provided, while remaining mindful and calm.
  • Please give cats plenty of space and allow them to move freely.
  • Do not feed the cats — they are all on specific diets.
  • Please speak softly and keep noise levels low.

💛 Thank you

By following these guidelines, you help us create a peaceful, safe environment where both people and cats can relax and enjoy the session together. Thank you for respecting our space and our cats’ home.
