Welcome to The Rave Reset, a frequency experience for everyone who loves the music and wants to feel amazing the next day.
I am Shannon, founder of Spiritual Awakenings Collective, and I am hosting this night with Bri of AZ Rave Girlies inside the 360 degree Immersion Room at Impact Minds in Scottsdale. We begin with 45 minutes of Vinyasa yoga set to a live DJ, made for the headbangers, the shufflers and anyone who wants to give their post rave body some relief. Then the lights go low for an essential oil cold towel and a guided meditation sound healing journey, where the intention is simple: manifest at your highest frequency.
After we move and melt, the room opens up for kandi bracelet making, a rave clothes swap, mocktails and new friends. Bring your freshly washed, gently used rave clothes and accessories to trade, and leave with a new fit for Decadence or your next festival. Every guest also takes home a goodie bag.
No yoga or meditation experience is needed. Every movement is beginner friendly, and you are welcome to come solo or with a friend. The night is completely alcohol free, parking is free, and spots are limited to keep the room intimate.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or pillow for meditation, rave clothes to swap, and any charms you want for your bracelets. Wear something comfortable that you can move in.
