From the timeless classics of the 80s and 90s to the unforgettable hits of the 2000s and today's R&B favorites, we're bringing you the soundtrack to some of your greatest memories.

To accommodate our Fresno debut, we're offering two separate brunch experiences.

FIRST SEATING: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

SECOND SEATING: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Each seating is a separate, ticketed experience. Please purchase tickets for the seating you wish to attend.

Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. All guests must vacate their seating area at the conclusion of their designated seating to allow our team to prepare for the next group.

IMPORTANT: Tickets are valid ONLY for the seating selected at checkout. Tickets cannot be transferred between seatings without prior approval from the event organizers.

We're excited to partner with a local Fresno-area catering vendor to bring a delicious brunch buffet to our debut experience!

A MANDATORY $20 BRUNCH BUFFET PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY ATTENDEE.

Please understand the following before purchasing your tickets:

• Event admission tickets and table reservations DO NOT include food.
• Every attendee is required to purchase the $20 brunch buffet separately upon arrival.
• The $20 buffet charge is collected at the door and is NOT included in your Eventbrite purchase.
• The buffet will be prepared and served by an independent local catering vendor.
• The buffet charge is mandatory regardless of whether a guest chooses to eat.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the additional mandatory $20 per-person buffet charge payable at the door.

Food preparation, ingredients, allergen information, and food service are the responsibility of the independent catering provider. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inquire before consuming any food.

Club Encore will have beverages available for purchase throughout the event.

All beverages are sold separately and are NOT included in admission or table reservations.

Alcoholic beverages will be served exclusively by authorized venue staff. All guests must be at least 21 years of age and present valid government-issued identification.

Please drink responsibly.

We highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, as capacity is limited and our brunch experiences have a history of selling out.

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Table tickets reserve the designated number of seats for your selected seating time.

Please note:

• Table reservations cover seating and event admission only.
• Food and drinks are purchased separately.
• Every individual occupying a reserved seat must have valid admission.
• Tables may be arranged in a communal seating environment.
• Groups purchasing separate reservations are not guaranteed to be seated together.
• Table locations and configurations are determined by the event organizers and venue.
• Late arrivals may forfeit their reserved seating without refund.

GENERAL ADMISSION

General admission tickets provide entry to the event during the selected seating. Unless explicitly stated on the ticket, general admission does not guarantee a table or chair.

All tickets are subject to venue capacity restrictions.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All ticket and table purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, missed seating times, failure to attend, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to review event details.

2. MANDATORY BUFFET PURCHASE

All attendees acknowledge that the $20 per-person brunch buffet charge is mandatory, separate from admission, and payable at the door. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in denied entry without refund, subject to applicable law.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT

This is a strictly 21-and-over event. Every guest must present valid, government-issued photo identification. Guests unable to verify their age will be denied admission.

4. ARRIVAL & SEATING POLICY

Guests must attend the seating indicated on their tickets. Late arrival does not extend the designated seating period. Reserved seating may be released to accommodate event operations if guests arrive late.

5. SECURITY & VENUE RULES

All guests are subject to venue security procedures, including bag inspections and security searches. Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, and prohibited items are not permitted.

The venue and event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who engage in disruptive, threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, subject to applicable law.

6. NO SMOKING / NO RE-ENTRY

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in unauthorized areas. Re-entry is not guaranteed once a guest exits the event.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE

By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and videography may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, attendees consent to the use of their image, likeness, and voice in event-related promotional materials, including social media, websites, advertisements, and future marketing by DJ HEARTBREAK, Heartbroken Entertainment Group, LLC, and authorized promotional partners, without additional compensation.

8. FOOD & BEVERAGE RESPONSIBILITY

Food is provided by an independent catering vendor, and beverages are provided by the venue. Heartbroken Entertainment Group, LLC is not the food preparer or alcoholic beverage service provider.

Each provider is responsible for its respective operations in accordance with applicable law. Guests are responsible for communicating dietary restrictions and allergies to the food provider.

9. EVENT CHANGES

The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event schedule, entertainment lineup, seating configuration, and other operational details when necessary. Any material changes or cancellations will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Eventbrite policies.

10. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow instructions from event staff and venue personnel. By attending, guests acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with crowded entertainment environments, dancing, and alcohol consumption, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these policies limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
