About this Event
Join us on Sunday, December 6th at 2:00 PM in the Historic Carousel House at John Chavis Memorial Park as we celebrate the music of holiday movies. Come hear tunes from How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Frozen, The Polar Express, and more. If you enjoy holiday movies, you’ll love this program!
Founded in 1986, the Raleigh Flute Choir is one of the nation’s leading professional flute choirs. Performing regularly throughout North Carolina, the ensemble has also played at the White House and in Chicago, Orlando, Charleston, and Williamsburg. Their varied repertoire ranges from arrangements of familiar orchestral pieces to world premieres of contemporary flute choir literature. The Raleigh Flute Choir has recorded four albums, with the most recent one, Kaleidoscope, available on Apple Music.
