A Restorative Sound Journey with Crystal Dawn Mystic
December can be a lot. The plans, the expectations, the endless things to do. Sometimes, what we need most is a little space away from it all.
The Quiet Within is an invitation to pause.
Through the gentle sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments, you'll be invited to slow down, settle in, and give yourself permission to simply be.
There's nothing to figure out, nothing to work towards, and nothing you need to leave behind. You don't need to arrive feeling calm or know how to meditate. Just come as you are.
For this session, we'll make room for stillness in the middle of a busy season - a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with a quieter part of yourself.

What to bring
