About this Event
One hour of quiet that belongs to you.
We close the shop, turn the lights down, roll out the mats, and let a sound bath do the talking. No phone, no to-do list, nothing to perform. You just lie down and listen.
The Quiet Hour is happening at both Lena Rose shops the same night, Naperville and Lincoln Square. Pick the one closest to you.
Your $45 ticket comes back to you in full as credit toward any service or House Line product.
Wear something comfortable. We'll have the mats, blankets and tea. Spots are limited to the mats we have, so save yours.
