The Quantum Leap is a one-day urban retreat and 30-day Mind Nudging Trail for leaders who can feel the engine of their organisation misfiring, and who are ready to do something about it.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
The day is built on the four-stroke leadership cycle so leaders and their people can fire on all cylinders: SUCK, SQUEEZE, BANG and BLOW. Every cylinder has to fire in sequence, or the engine stalls.
Each stroke is delivered as an immersive, playful and experiential activity designed using our EPIC design process and grounded in the neuroscience of play. Play activates dopamine, lowers the cognitive defences that block real change, and accelerates the formation of new neural pathways. Even the most serious work of the day arrives through play.

🔹 BLOW · Clearing the Chamber A collective closing ritual where you decide what you stop, what you release, and which new rhythm you take into the 30 days that follow.

The day is co-delivered by Courtney Richards, Master Facilitator at Beyond Expectations and the practitioner behind Firing On All Cylinders, alongside Fi Hills, founder of Thinking 5.0 Studio and architect of the methodology behind the platform.
Both bring twenty-five years of work with senior leadership teams, and together they hold the engine-room view and the systems view of how the whole experience fits together.

THE VENUE
The Shoreditch Treehouse sits high above the city in a converted warehouse loft, with exposed beams, brick walls, hanging plants, fairy lights and floods of natural light. The room matters because the room is the experience. You cannot do real cognitive work under fluorescent strip lighting in a beige conference room, and we don't ask you to.
