About this Event
Create & Heal: Attachment, Limiting Beliefs & Breakups
Why do we keep choosing the same relationship patterns, even when we know they don’t make us happy?
Join us for an intimate and interactive Create & Heal self-reflective workshop, where we’ll explore the hidden patterns that can influence the way we approach dating, relationships and breakups.
This workshop is designed to give you a space to pause, reflect and understand yourself on a deeper level, while meeting others who may be navigating similar experiences.
What we’ll explore
- Attachment Styles - understanding how your attachment patterns can influence relationships.
- Limiting beliefs - recognising the beliefs you may carry about yourself, love and relationships
- Relationship patterns - why we can find ourselves attracted to similar dynamics again and again.
- Breakups & healing - understanding what keeps us emotionally connected and how to begin moving forward.
- Self-reflection - identifying the patterns you want to leave behind and the ones you want to create
This is more than just a workshop…
This isn’t just about listening to a presentation.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get creative and turn your reflections into something personal through a guided mask-decorating arts & crafts activity.
Your evening will include:
- Create & Heal goody bag
- Interactive presentation & discussion
- Self-reflection activities
- Mask-decorating creative activity
- Open conversations and connection
- Cakes and refreshments
Whether you’re currently dating, healing from a breakup, questioning your relationship patterns, or simply interested in understanding yourself better, this evening is for you.
