Consultation Refresher Workshop based upon Patsy Wagner’s work developing Consultation as a comprehensive model of service delivery for EPs, with reference to subsequent developments of Consultation within the Bi-Borough EPCS (Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea)
This workshop will provide opportunities to develop greater understanding of the models of psychology underpinning Consultation and the frameworks that support the process.
• Inter-related theory and practice of consultation – interactionist, systemic and constructionist psychologies
• How the psychologies informing consultation translate into practice
• Consultation Frameworks and illustrative examples
• Evaluation and benefits of consultation within a reflective practitioner model
