The Practice of the Presence of God- A weekend silent retreat with Brother LawrenceThis silent weekend retreat invites you to slow down and rediscover God in the ordinary rhythms of life.
Inspired by Brother Lawrence, a humble Carmelite whose wisdom grew from attentive love in everyday tasks,
the retreat offers space for silence, prayer, and gentle reflection.
Through simple practices and personal prayer and reflection time you are invited to notice the presence of God not as something distant or demanding, but as quietly present in each moment, breath, and act of love.
Refresh yourself amid the beauty of this place, filled with a spirit of contemplative joy,
and the peaceful environment of Sister Eveleen Retreat House rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition.
The weekend is accompanied by gentle prayers and moments of reflectionas a space for rest, contemplation,
and meditation in a welcoming setting for all.Retreat Leader: Eddie O'Connor
