About this Event
Ten years ago, we gathered for the very first Exchange around one simple but life-changing idea: vulnerability isn't weakness—it's where courage begins. Inspired by Brené Brown's now-iconic TED Talk, that first night set the tone for everything The Exchange would become. Now, as we celebrate our 100th Exchange, we're coming full circle.
Join us as we revisit the conversation that started it all, but with the wisdom of a decade, hundreds of stories, and a fresh perspective inspired by the book Revealing. Together, we'll explore why so many of us spend our lives hiding parts of ourselves—and what becomes possible when we stop. Because the freedom we're longing for isn't found in having it all together. It's found in being honest, known, and fully seen.
Whether you've been with us since the beginning or this is your very first Exchange, this milestone evening is an invitation to lay down the masks, embrace authenticity, and discover that the things we fear revealing may be the very places where healing, connection, and purpose begin.
