From there, you’ll be guided through simple massage techniques that you can safely practise on each other — helping to release everyday tension, relax the body and create a deeper sense of connection.
There will be plenty of time to slow down, chat, enjoy a light lunch and nourishing teas, and simply be present together in a calm and friendly environment.
You don’t need any massage experience — just come with an open mind and a willingness to care for one another.
