About this Event
Over the course of three hours, you'll learn the mesmerizing art of cat eye gel, using magnetic wands to create depth, movement, and that signature shimmery glow on your very own set of press-on nails.
What you’ll do:
• Learn how to create cat eye effect using magnetic wands
• Build and polish your own custom set of 10 soft gel press-on nails from start to finish
• Close out with a mini gallery walk to admire everyone’s creations
What’s included:
• Custom Press-On Nail Set: choose from a variety of nail shapes and lengths
• Personalized Nail Station: vegan gel polish, liners, brushes, tools, and UV nail lamp
• Guided Tutorial: step-by-step instruction on cat eye gel application
• Take-Home Nail Kit: glue, file, buffer, adhesive tabs, cuticle pusher, alcohol pad
No experience needed. All genders are welcome and encouraged to come. This is a gender-expansive, affirming space, come as you are, bring a friend, or come solo and meet new ones.
Age 14+, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
About the Host
Jordie Cisneros (she/they) is a textile and nail artist based in Los Angeles and founder of Clacque [klak] Closet. They host community-oriented nail art workshops called The Polish Party centered on beauty, self-expression, and community care. Their work blends fashion, color, and tactile design, inviting participants to view nail art as a form of wearable micro-art.
