Hailing from the hard-to-find village of Pocket comes The Pocket Choral Society with “Please Drive Carefully” - a new a cappella show from an off-the-wall choir of four combining beautiful close harmony singing and quirky songwriting, with much laughter and even improvised singing sessions. This ensemble - a vicar, publican, farmer, and village shop worker - blend their voices into one, performing both their own material and inventive arrangements of classics from Lennon & McCartney, Lou Reed, Flanders & Swann, Tom Waits, and more.
“Utterly quirky and hugely engaging ………. very clever and very silly”
