The Plan Is Not the Point is an in-person workshop for full-time real estate agents ready to plan their next steps and learn with other professionals.
About the workshop
Hosted by Jeremy and Angie Guillette of The Guillette Group at eXp Realty, this highly interactive workshop is for agents with some transactions behind them who may feel stuck, alone, or want more from their business—and are open to sharing ideas and learning from the room. You can value your independence and still want more support around you.
We’ll look beyond income-goal math to explore what you want your life to make room for, how thoughtful client care can create lasting relationships, and what structure could help you follow through. The workshop itself is the work: you’ll leave with a one-page plan for 2027 and a first step to take. At the end, there will be time for an optional conversation about team support or eXp.
