The Pit Crew Challenge is an immersive, hands-on team event being delivered by the Arizona MEP in cooperation with Oregon MEP for the first time in Arizona. Using the high-stakes world of race car pit stops to build the collaboration, communication, and leadership skills your team needs to perform at their best.
- Departments work daily alongside each other but rarely feel like they're pulling in the same direction.
