🎣🩷 THE PINK POLE CLASSIC — LOVE LIKE LAURYN 🩷🎣We’re bringing everyone together for an amazing day of fishing, fun, prizes, food, music, costumes, live auction and LOTS of raffles — all in memory of Lauryn. 🩷
If you knew Lauryn, you knew how incredibly much she loved to fish. She loved being on the water, being outside, the excitement of catching something, and most of all, making memories with the people she loved. Fishing was such a big part of who she was, so it felt only right to create an event around something she loved so much.
The Pink Pole Classic is being held through the Love Like Lauryn Foundation to honor Lauryn’s life while raising awareness about the devastating consequences of drunk driving and working toward making our roads safer. We want Lauryn’s story to create change and help prevent another family from experiencing this kind of loss.
🎣 THIS IS A SLAM TOURNAMENT!
We’ll be fishing for Trout, Redfish and Snook, and your Slam score is the combined total inches of your biggest fish from each species.
🏆 Biggest Trout + Biggest Redfish + Biggest Snook = Total Slam Inches
The teams with the highest combined total will take the top three places, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place.
And because this tournament is all about Lauryn, there will also be an honorary 21st Place — Lauryn’s Legacy. 🩷
Lauryn was only 21 years old when her life was tragically taken by a drunk driver. That 21st-place spot will forever represent her and the legacy we are working to build in her name.
