The Pathways to Industrial and Construction Careers (PINCC) initiative is hosting an exclusive hiring event dedicated to high-standard security roles within New York City’s industrial and construction sectors.

At PINCC, we define a "Good Job" as one that respects your hard work and provides for your future. Every employer at this event is offering roles that meet at least one of the following criteria:

Union Membership: Direct pathways into organized labor.
Prevailing Wage + Benefits: Competitive pay at NYC prevailing wage standards combined with comprehensive health insurance coverage.

Traditional security roles often lack stability. The roles offered at this event are designed for long-term success. Through PINCC’s $18.6M federal Good Jobs Challenge grant, we provide the "wrap-around" support to ensure you are ready for day one:
