Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and a little refresh at Press Juice Bar.
The Pilates Press is a curated Pilates experience designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with your body. We’ll flow through a full-body Pilates class on Press Juice Bar’s outdoor deck, followed by a refreshing small juice included with your ticket.
This class is designed to be accessible and welcoming to all levels, whether you’re newer to Pilates or have been practicing for years. Expect mindful movement, intentional breath, core work, and plenty of opportunities to challenge or modify as needed.

WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your own Pilates or yoga mat and water bottle. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
RAIN PLAN
The class will be held outdoors on Press Juice Bar’s deck. In the event of rain, we’ll move the class indoors at Press Juice Bar.
SPACE IS LIMITED
Advance registration is required and space is limited. Please reserve your spot through Eventbrite.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
