Do you have labeled photos of non-relatives that are mixed in with old family pictures? Were they friends? Classmates? War buddies? Neighbors? No clue? Then this program is for you! The purpose of the Photo Angel Project is to document success stories and inspire others to search their dusty attic boxes for photos with identifiable information.
