Topic: Navigating and Enabling Change with accredited Change Master, Lydia Harris.
Lydia joins us from Wellington. Lydia is a senior change management practitioner with more than 25 years' experience leading and advising on complex change initiatives across New Zealand and Australia. Lydia has held enterprise change roles across public and private sectors, across a huge range of industries. Lydia is passionate about equipping organisations and associations to lead change themselves. A frequent speaker and facilitator, Lydia has presented at conferences and events reaching audiences globally, including most recently at the 2026 Change Leadership Conference in Toronto, Canada. She is also a contributor to a variety of change publications.
Lydia is the Change Management Institute's Research, Insights and Advocacy Lead and an Accredited Change Manager – Master Level with the Institute, a global, not-for-profit leader in strengthening, connecting and advancing the change management profession. There, she leads the Institute's global research programme, including its Futures of Change research. She also works independently as a Change Consultant.
