What does it really take to move up in your career? How do you go from being the new person on the team to becoming a leader in your industry?
Join NAAAP-Wichita for an engaging panel discussion featuring professionals from diverse industries as they share their personal journeys of career growth, advancement, and leadership. Our panelists will take us behind the scenes of their professional journeys—from their early career experiences to the positions they hold today. They'll share the pivotal moments, challenges, and decisions that helped shape their careers, along with practical advice for anyone looking to take that next step.
What we'll explore:
- Navigating promotions and identifying opportunities for advancement.
- Building relationships with mentors, sponsors, and professional networks.
- Advocating for yourself and making your accomplishments visible.
- Overcoming career setbacks and navigating unexpected transitions.
- Developing the skills and confidence needed to move into leadership roles
