4th Trimester’s Black Mamas Village will gather to nurture emotional well-being through self-reflection, journaling, compassionate listening, and intentional community.
It takes a Village to care for the mama, too.
Join us for our Black Mamas Village, a monthly community gathering created to nurture, connect, and pour back into Black mothers.
This Month: HEAL — Emotional Support & Reflection
This month, we’re focusing on healing — creating space to slow down, check in with ourselves, and acknowledge the emotions and experiences we carry through motherhood. Healing doesn’t always require advice or solutions. Sometimes, it begins with being heard, having room to reflect, and knowing we don’t have to navigate everything alone.
Join us for The Gathering: The Pages We Carry: A Reflective Wellness Workshop, an intentional experience designed to encourage self-expression, emotional reflection, and meaningful connection with other mamas.
Together, we’ll create space to reflect on our experiences, explore our feelings through guided journaling prompts, and connect in a supportive environment where listening comes before judgment or advice. Mamas will have the opportunity to express themselves at their own pace, share as much or as little as they feel comfortable with, and leave with a renewed sense of connection and support.
This gathering is an invitation to put your feelings on paper, give yourself permission to be heard, and remember that you deserve the same compassion you so freely give to others.

Whether you’re navigating the emotional changes of motherhood, processing a challenging season, or simply need a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself, there is a place for you in the Village.
Come as you are. Your feelings are welcome here, and you don't have to have it all figured out.
