Our open mic nights are a space to be heard. This time, we're bringing performances and games together for an evening of creativity, connection and community. Whether you come to perform, take part in the games or simply enjoy the atmosphere, there's something for you. And who knows? You might even leave having met someone new.
At the heart of the night is men's mental wellbeing and the importance of connection. You do not need to be a man or have mental health challenges to attend. Support and signposting information will be available throughout the event.
