PEACE OF MIND REFUND POLICY >Tickets are fully refundable until 13th August, we'll also refund your ticket if you don’t get into university (Fatsoma do not refund booking fees) - you just need to email [email protected] with evidence. WRISTBAND COLLECTIONS >Your ticket must be exchanged for a wristband. To collect your wristband you will need your barcoded ticket from Fatsoma. You can collect wristbands on behalf of other people as long as you have their barcode. 📍 Collect your wristband from THE POINTS, 3-4, Bigg Market, Newcastle, NE1 1UW ⏰ SUNDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER 22:30-23:30Wristbands must be worn to gain entry to the events. Wristbands are not valid if they are cut off or removed.
