About this Event
The Nutcracker Spectacular is an in-person, full-length holiday ballet for the general public.
A Classical Holiday Story
Melbourne City Ballet Theatre, in partnership with Classical Movement Collective, presents this classical production, bringing local dancers together with featured artists. Set to Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s beloved score, the ballet follows Clara on a magical Christmas Eve journey. After a festive family celebration, her treasured Nutcracker comes to life, battles the Mouse Queen, and leads her through a winter wonderland to the enchanting Land of Sweets.
