About this Event
THE NEXT STEP in your relationships begins with you. Our relationships can become mirrors, revealing how we respond when we feel safe or threatened, loved or rejected, connected or distant. The Next Step: Wellness Wednesday is an ongoing experiential relationship practice exploring three core needs—safety, love, and healthy boundaries—and the ways we protect ourselves through fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Through guided teaching, personal reflection, paired exercises, and practical tools, you'll develop greater awareness of your patterns and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. Come alone or with someone you care about, start any Wednesday, and leave each week with something practical you can use in real life.
