About this Event
What if the root cause is structural?
Today's organizations face unprecedented demands for speed, innovation, collaboration, and adaptability. Yet many continue to rely on management structures designed for a very different world. When decisions slow, innovation declines, or teams become disengaged, we often focus on improving leadership, communication, or culture. But what if the root cause is structural?
Join us for The New Shape of Work, an interactive half-day workshop exploring how organizational design must evolve to meet the demands of the AI era. Drawing on the latest organizational research and real-world case studies, you will:
- learn the principles behind high-performing self-managing organizations (SMOs)
- examine common myths and misconceptions
- discover practical design approaches that replace rigid hierarchies with more adaptive ways of working.
Whether you're leading organizational change, exploring new operating models, or preparing your organization for the future of work, you'll leave with a practical framework for designing an innovative, adaptable, AI-ready organization—and a clear vision of what your own organization could become.
