Elemental Collective an affiliate of Counseling Perspective dedicated to holistic and integrative approaches to wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth, invites you to join The New Magnetics of Relationships, a two-day experiential workshop facilitated by Ruma Biswas.
What if the relationships we are most drawn to are also the ones revealing something deeper within us?
We don’t always choose our relationships by chance. Sometimes, the people we feel most attracted to, challenged by, or unable to let go of reflect unresolved patterns from our past, our family systems, or aspects of ourselves waiting to be understood.
Whether it is a romantic partner, a family member, a colleague, or a boss whose approval always seems just out of reach, certain relationship dynamics can repeat themselves despite our best efforts to change them.
What if understanding these patterns could open the door to new possibilities in how we relate to ourselves and others?

Should you decide to attend the two-day workshop, the full SGD 44 will be credited towards your workshop fee.
What to Expect at the Workshop
Day 1 — Discover the Pattern
Explore the deeper dynamics influencing your relationships. Through experiential exercises and systemic exploration, begin to recognise the unconscious patterns, inherited influences, and unresolved experiences that may be shaping your connections.
Day 2 — Create New Possibilities
Move from awareness towards meaningful change. Explore different ways of relating, responding, and connecting, with greater clarity and freedom to make conscious choices.
The workshop is experiential throughout, with an emphasis on personal reflection, privacy, and a supportive group environment. Participants will not be individually worked on in front of the group.
