The Namasport Listening Room is a clinically grounded, embodied space where breath and sound guide you back to your deepest self. This is a space of listening—and returning to what already lives within.

Namasport Mental Health Studio integrates evidence-based clinical practices with somatic approaches to support holistic health and collaborative care. Namasport engages nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodiment—guiding reconnection with inner wisdom and capacity for growth and authenticity. The studios (located in Chicago, IL; Frisco, Denver, and Boulder, CO) create intentional communities where mind, body, spirit, and soul are invited to the same conversation.
