Breathwork is a sacred, embodied practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to open the door to deeper awareness and inner healing.As the breath begins to move through the body, energy naturally awakens and flows. What has been held beneath the surface, emotions, memories, sensations, and long-standing patterns, is gently invited into awareness and released. Each journey is different. Some people experience emotional clearing or insight. Others touch deep stillness, a sense of unity, timelessness, or connection with something greater than themselves.
The process is guided with care and presence. It is gentle, safe, and supportive. You remain aware and in choice throughout the experience. Many people leave feeling lighter, more open, and more at home in their bodies and lives.
Breathwork is not about forcing anything to happen. It is about remembering. Remembering your breath. Remembering your body. Remembering the innate intelligence and wisdom already within you.

***NOTE: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. It's preferable not to eat for at least 1 hour prior. We will provide eye masks or you can bring your own.
