The Mother’s Harvest A community event created for Mothers by Mothers to offer support in preparation for the winter season.
Flow of Events:
Yoga & Sound Bath 12:15-1:00p
Anjali founder of Empryeal Roots will be guiding us through a mommy & me yoga session allowing us to get into a healthy flow. Ending with a soothing soundbath to ground us into the space.
Herbal Tea Making Workshop 1:15-1:45p
Nala Asa Shakur founder of The All Natural will host an interactive herbal tea making workshop, where mama's will learn to make your own personalized immunity tea blends that can support her and her littles all winter long.
Community, Conversation, & Shop 1:45-3:00p
Mamas will have a chance to connect with like minded women in the community, grab a refreshment, and shop a variety of local womben owned businesses; offering fresh local produce, natural body care, sourdough bread, natural hair care, beeswax candles and so much more!
For mamas who need to relieve tension we will have Jaeauna with A Lovely Fit offering offering 1 on 1 assisted stretches to loosen up.
