Motherhood asks a lot of you. Your body has changed, your days look different, and somewhere in the middle of caring for everyone else, it can be easy to forget about yourself.Mom & Baby Sculpt is a space to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength and move in a way that feels good — with your baby right there beside you.
Through intentional movement and Pilates-inspired sculpting, you’ll strengthen your core, reconnect with your body and begin to feel grounded in this new chapter.
But this isn’t just about the workout. It’s about getting out of the house. Meeting other moms who get it. Moving, laughing, feeding, soothing and doing it all together.
Come exactly as you are — baby in tow, tired, messy, joyful, figuring it out.
You don’t have to do motherhood alone. This is your village ♥️
DETAILS
- WHEN: Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am
- WHERE: Unheated Room
- WHAT YOU'LL NEED: exercise mat, water and baby + everything you need for baby!
- we will supply blocks and bands
- WHAT TO WEAR: activewear or anything you can move your body in!
- INVESTMENT: $120+hst for 6 weeks ($20/class)
- min 6 participants to run series (if min. required participants enrolled and the series is not sold out, we will have a drop in rate for $29+hst)
- max 17 participants
- best suited for babies 0-12 months (or pre-walking)
- pre-registration is recommended as spots are limited
PLEASE NOTE: Mom & Baby Sculpt classes CANNOT be transferred over to Mom & Baby Yoga. These are two separate and different series. If you are only able to attend a few classes in the series, please email in to [email protected] to register for drop-in classes.
