About this Event
This group is for anyone navigating low contact, no contact, strained or complicated relationships, estrangement, or the death of a mother. Whether you’re grieving the mom you lost, the mom you needed but didn’t have, or the relationship you’re choosing to step away from, you’re welcome here.
We’ll talk about boundaries, grief, guilt, anger, healing, family dynamics, and all the messy feelings that don’t fit neatly into a Mother’s Day card.
No forced forgiveness. No “but she’s your mom.” No judgment.
Just community, conversation, dark humor when we need it, and people who get it.
Come unload some of The Mother Load.
About our host: Whitney is a local mom of two who is currently navigating estrangement and no contact with her own mother. Through that experience, she recognized how isolating and complicated mother-daughter estrangement can feel, especially while raising children of your own. She became a part of this group to offer a supportive, judgment-free space for other moms navigating similar relationships, where no one has to explain, defend, or justify their choices in order to feel understood.
